1 thin stalk broccoli, about 4 ounces, trimmed
1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 slices (4 ounces) reduced-sodium deli turkey breast slices
Cut broccoli into 8 pieces, each about 3 inches long. Steam until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain well and chill under cold water; drain again. Place on plate and sprinkle with soy sauce. Cut turkey into 8 pieces, each large enough to wrap around broccoli. Wrap turkey around broccoli. Tie each bundle with a chive. Makes 2 servings.
