Join St. Luke’s Hospital and the Arthritis Foundation for a discussion on an integrative approach to managing arthritis and joint health. An integrative approach treats the entire body and takes “whole person health” into account, rather than treating each separate body part. This approach honors the connection between mind, body and spirit in managing chronic pain and fatigue.

This program features:

  • St. Luke’s experts, Dr. Donica Baker, rheumatologist, and Dr. Alex Kelsheimer, orthopedic surgeon
  • A panel discussion to answer your joint health questions, including a dietitian and physical therapist
  • A yoga for arthritis session after the speakers: please bring a mat or towel!

Program Schedule:
Speakers and Panel Discussion: 1-2:15 p.m.
Yoga for Arthritis: 2:30-3 p.m.
