Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain is a FREE evidence-based seven-week that will help individuals better manage their chronic pain symptoms by learning important self-management skills.
Topics include action planning, health eating, communicating with your healthcare team and more. This program is offered for free thanks to support from the Eastern Regional Arthritis Center.
This class will be online via Zoom meeting (participants will need to have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer).
