June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. In this free program, learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these tips into a plan for healthy aging. The information session will be followed by a live food demonstration featuring a St. Luke’s Diabetes and Nutrition Educator.
This event will be available in-person at St. Luke’s Institute for Health Education Auditorium or through your electronic device, using the link emailed to you after you register.
