Have you tried meditating, but feel you can’t do it? Meditation is a research‑supported practice that helps us become healthier. Meditation can help us reduce stress, lower the risk for heart disease, help reduce pain and much more. Come learn the basics of meditation and leave with knowledge and resources to begin or continue your own practice. All are welcome to stay for the WomenHeart support group after class. Questions?
